Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

  • 15+ days prior to service: Full refund

  • 8–14 days prior to service: 50% of the deposit refunded

  • 1–7 days prior to service: No refund will be issued

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to staffing commitments, product ordering, and finalized logistics. However, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future event.

Please note: Any custom or non-refundable items (such as branded materials) that have already been produced or ordered will remain the responsibility of the client.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to offer flexible rescheduling whenever possible.

  • Single-day events: May be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice

  • Multi-day events: Require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule

Requests made outside of these timeframes may not be accommodated, and the full event fee may still apply due to commitments with staffing and vendors.
